Organic beef, hormone-free and non-medicated pork and poultry, free-run bison and venison, sides of beef and pork, whole lambs, turkeys, and even BBQ pigs. Whether you’re planning a backyard feast or stocking up for the season, we’ve got your butcher needs covered.

All of our fresh sausages, pepperoni, hams, bacon, garlic coils, smokies, and sausage rolls are made in-house with care and craftsmanship. The only part of our process we proudly outsource is our curing and smoking—handled by Rick Fisher at Glenwood Meats, a local legend known for his exceptional standards and consistency.
